What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 60 minutes before pickup for city rides. Outstation cancellations may incur a nominal fee based on distance and lead time.
Are tolls and parking included?
Unless explicitly mentioned in a package, tolls, state taxes, and parking are charged as per actuals against receipts.
How is waiting time calculated?
City pickups include a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, standard waiting charges apply in 15-minute blocks.
Do you charge night allowance?
A night allowance may apply for trips between 10pm and 6am. This will be clearly visible in your quote before booking.
